Manhole Covers are smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any other defects
there are two casted manhole covers: cast rion manhole cover and ductile iron manhole cover
1. Material
a) Ductile Iron GGG500-7 , we call it ductile iron manhole cover
b) Grey Iron GG20,we call it cast iron manhole cover

a) EN124 A15, B125, C250, D400, E600 and F900
b) A60005 for casting design

3. Process
1) Molding boards
2) Green sand with hand molding or DISA line molding
3) Resin shell sand.
4. Coating
a) Cold applied black bitumen
b) FBE or epoxy primer coating
c) Coating as per customers' requirement

EN124 divides Manhole Covers and Drainage Gratings into six classes as follows:
A15, B125, C250, D400, E600, F900.
The classification denotes the test load expressed in kN. For example ,Class D400 denotes aproduct that complies with a test load of 400 kN.
