The Tension clamp body and keepers are cast iron material, the cotter-pin is stainless steel, the other parts are hot-DIP galvanized steel.
Application:
NLD series tension clamp is suitable for aerial line up to 220kV, fixing aluminium wire or steel core aluminium wire on the strain pole.
Structure features:
- Convenient installation: Don't need to use special tools, do not need to cut the wire.
- We do not need to cute the wire, reduced the electrical contact point, low loss, energy-saving effect of transmission line is
more significant.
- Safety and reliability for greatly increased.
- The body and the wedge core of Bolt Type Strain Clamp is made of high strength aluminum alloy materials, can provide more grip
and failure load.
- Have self-locking function, the wire is pulled tight trend. The product can be reused after removal.
