1. We all use high precision CNC producing ensure the production precision reach 0.02mm-0.10mm.
2. We  set  up  more strict process standard for welding , adding infrared  temperature  sensing  equipment in order to control the 
     welding temperature.
3. Product Inspection including: Material composition, ultrasonic flaw detection, metallographic inspection, 3D coordinate detection
    Cooling ring penetration inspection etc.
4. Water test on bottom mold to make sure water pressure and flow rate meet design requirement.
