| A1: Our MOQ is 50 pcs,smaller quantity can you negotiated as your request and we could make your own designs. |
| Q2: Can you do OEM or ODM for me? |
| A2: We accept all OEM/ODM orders, just contact us and give us your design. We will offer you reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP. |
| Q3: Do you provide size chart? |
| A3: Yes, we will provide you size chart for each item you ordered, since we have our own professional pattern designer here. |
| Q4: Can you print our logo on the product? |
| A4: Sure, we can print your logo. Pls send your logo design to us for sampling. |
| Q5: Do you provide samples? |
| A5: Yes,You can buy a sample so that you can get a better understanding of our products. And we will return the sample cost whenever you place the bulk order. |
| Q6: What's the lead time for the customized samples and how do you charge? |
| A6: Normally it will take 7 days for sampling. Our sample cost is 40USD/pcs. |
| Q7: What is the lead time for bulk orders? |
| A7: It depends on your order's quantity. Normally, for OEM/ODM orders, our production lead time is around 15-25days. The RTS products can be shipped within 7 days. |

| A8. We have 10 production lines and could do around 400 thousand pcs each month. |
| Q9. How do you control your quality? |
