Instead, back your tractor right up to the back of the adapter, hook into the top link bar and connect your lower lift pins.
- Rigid Alloy Steel: The quick hitch for the tractor is made of alloy steel. Due to alloying elements, its strength is 25%--50% higher than that of ordinary carbon steel. It has higher corrosion resistance than carbon steel under various atmospheric conditions.
- Reinforced Structure: The heavy-duty reinforced 3-point quick hitch is structurally stable and has 3080 lbs lifting capacity. The steel plates on both sides of the top hook are reinforced to a thickness of 0.16". In addition, Triangle steel plate welding is adopted on both sides to increase stability.

How to Remove and Install the Quick Hitch
- First, use the excavator to move the Quick Hitch to a flat place so that you can disassemble and install it at a more convenient angle.
- Use a wrench or wrench to insert the mounting bolt, remove the nut on the mounting bolt, and use a pulley or crane to support Quick Hitch.
- Use the hydraulic cylinder to lift the Quick Hitch so that it can disengage from the attachment point on the excavator.
- Now, you can easily remove Quick Hitch.
- Before installation, please clean the attachment point and the dust pad on Quick Hitch, and ensure that they are clean, so as not to affect the connection quality.
- Install the Quick Hitch on the excavator and ensure that the attachment points are correctly aligned.
- Make sure that the bolts are aligned and insert them into the installed bolts.
- Reinstall the nut and tighten it.
- Finally, use the hydraulic cylinder to lower the Quick Hitch and connect it to the attachment point of the excavator.
