A: Our factory is located in Shandong province,China, You can choose come here by air to Jinan Yaoqiang airport. Welcome all our new and old friends to visit us and discuss face to face!
2. Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
3. How can you ensure quality of your product?
A: Every batch of product must pass the strict inspection by our factory. We put emphasis on quality more than everything, quality is the basis for an enterprise to develop step by step and enlarge market share.
4. What documents can you provide?
A: Usually, we provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA , MSDS and Origin certificate. If special documents are required in your markets, pls inform us in advance.
5. How about the packing?
A: Package - 25kg bags PP+PE, we can customize the package based on clients' request.
Shipping - 20mts-25mts in one 20FCL without pallet ;16mts in one 20FCL with pallet
Storage - The product is liable to absorb moisture and clot due to long-term exposure. It should be stored in a cool, shady and ventilative warehouse.
