A: We can provide samples of the existing items with freight collected. As for your customized products, our engineer team will make out a technical drawing for your confirmation according to your request before mass production.
2. Q: What's the lead time?A: It depends on the quantity, usually the lead time is 10-45 days after receiving the balance payment.
3. Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: We accept 50% T/T in advance and balance payment received before shipment. We can also try more payment terms with you in the future order.
4. Q: Do you have any certifications?
A: All cable assemblies conform to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards, making them suitable for use in healthcare applications requiring biocompatibility and safety.
5. Q: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A: Please send your samples to our factory, and then we will copy or provide you better solutions. The best way is to send pictures and drafts with dimensions, CAD or 3D files to us for confirmation before placing your order.
