Principle Overview
Cyclone desander is based on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation and density difference. Under certain pressure, the water through into the equipment tangentially and produce a strong rotation. Due to the different density of water and sand, under different force of centrifugal force, the centripetal buoyancy and fluid drag force, then the cleaning water of low-density rise and flow out, sand of high density is discharged from the bottom , so that the purpose of sand removal is achieved. Under certain terms and conditions, inlet water pressure is bigger, sand removal rate is higher.
