Application
Mainly used for packing various regular and solid products such as biscuits, moon-cake, bread, instant noodles, sweet, medicine, daily necessities, hardwares and electrics, case box, or any product attached with tray.

1. Display the packaging speed and length automatically, insuring cut-off accuracy.
2. User-friendly Imported PLC interface allowing for multilingual operation and access restriction features.
3. Comprehensive synchronization for date printer ( optional ) and feeding systems.
4. Panasonic Servo motor controlled the cut length and film running. Servo motor realizing the step-less control, dynamic adjustment in operation.
5. High sensitivity photoelectric eye color tracking, numerical input of cutting sealing position for extra accuracy.
6. Adjustable bag former, could set short and long distance between fork spreader settings, which are convenient for changing product.
7. New type vertical seal heating, can seal at a low temperature and avoid burning film effectively.
8. Simple driving system, reliable working, convenient maintenance.
9. Auto splice device for plastic film. When one film is finished, the other film can be connected full automaticlly.

Packing and Shipping
The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.
If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
Shipment: Within 30 working days from the date of receipt the down payment.
