Product Description
Indication
It is used for respiratory system, hepatobiliary system, five senses, urinary tract infection, endocarditis and septicemia caused by sensitive bacteria.
Usage and dosage
Intramuscular injection: 0.5-1.0g once, 4 times a day. Children are divided into 3-4 times according to their weight of 50-l00mg / kg a day.
Intravenous injection: 2G once, 2-4 times a day. Children are divided into 2-4 times according to their weight of 50-100mg / kg a day.
Add sterilized water for injection or sodium chloride injection before use, and dilute with normal saline or 5% glucose injection 250ml. The liquid medicine should be used and prepared now, and should not be kept for a long time after preparation.
Adverse reaction
The main adverse reactions were urticaria, asthma, pruritus, chills and fever, angioneuroedema, etc. After treatment, blood urea nitrogen, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase increased occasionally. A few patients may have neutropenia, Candida, Staphylococcus and other double infection.
