Copper Mobile Phone Heat pipes:
Made of copper tube with copper mesh inside. The thickness of the whole heat pipe can be 0.5 - 1 mm.
The heat pipes are widely used in mobile phone, electronic detector and so on.
OEM or ODM is welcome.
We can design and produce heat pipes according to customer's requirements. If you have your own designs or samples we can make molds and arrange production according to your product information.
Inspection and Test:
a) Temperature Test: To pick out the unqualified heat pipes
b) Q-max Test: To get the maximum power of the heat pipe.
c) Reliability tests: Including a series tests to check the heat pipe's performance under working, storage and transportation.
