Product Description
Microporous Ceramic filter tube is sintered by high temperatue, its main materail is alumina ceramic particles, then bond binder, curing agent through technical formulation. So it has many advantages as good strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance.
It is widely used in the industry such as oil, chemical, pyroelectric industries, cement, medicine, papermaking and so on. It is especially suitable for boiler wasterwater filtration.

Working Principle:
Filtering liquid, driven by pressure, penetrates from one side to the other side of the microporous ceramic after entering into the filter inside. Suspended particles and impurities are trapped on the surface of the filter element by fine interception, inertial impingement and diffusion. With the extension of the filtration time, the filtration resistance also increases. When the pressure difference reaches the preset reverse stamping difference, each corresponding valve starts and automatically backwashes according to the procedure, which can be completed by compressed air or water, or by purified liquid and solvent.
