The Rockwell hardness of alumina wear-resistant ceramic sheets is above HRA90, which is second only to diamond and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel. It is suitable for industries with severe working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, mining, etc., and has the characteristics of acid resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Its density is about 3.65g/cm³, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the load on equipment. According to different equipment and working conditions, it can be fixed to the inner wall of the equipment by various methods such as ceramic glue bonding, accessory welding, rubber vulcanization, etc. It is flexible in application and has a long service life.
