The ceramic zinc pot is composed of pot body, heater in ceramic tube and electric temperature control system. The heating system of ceramic zinc pot is installed around the inside of zinc pot to ensure the uniform temperature of zinc liquid. Ceramic zinc pot adopts corrosion-resistant thermocouple to contact with zinc liquid directly to ensure the temperature stability of zinc liquid.
Characteristics of ceramic zinc pot with internal heating:
1. Low zinc consumption: The use of ceramic zinc pot completely avoids the zinc slag produced by the iron pot, and the zinc consumption per ton product is 5-10% less than that of other heating methods at present.
2. The continuous service life of ceramic zinc pot with internal heating is longer than 10 years.
