Performance characteristics:

Ceres UV flexographic printing cold foil stamp glue can be directly printed on the machine. It is especially suitable for printing of flexible packaging, self-adhesive labels, etc.

Compared with general solvent or water-based ink, Ceres UV flexographic cold stamping glue has higher viscosity and viscosity, stable ink, good transfer, fine dot printing, and stable printing performance for a long time.

Printing materials:

PVC. PET, CPP, TAC, pearlescent paper, coated paper, PP synthetic paper and other materials.

When using this product in flexographic printing device, we suggest that the unit volume should be 6~10cm -/m3 to reach at least 1.5-2. g/m2; The thickness of the ink layer is sufficient. If the ink layer is too thick, the core may be squeezed out of the image area during foil embossing, resulting in poor print clarity and unclear edges.

7),Settling: Stir the ink thoroughly before use. There may be some product sedimentation during storage, and the sediment at the bottom is usually easy to be even by gently stirring. 

8),Printing materials: We recommend using ester and ketone resistant rollers (EPDM materials).

9),Light resistance grade: Passes Grade 8 weather and sun resistance

The storage temperature shall be less than 25Sc, and the light source shall be avoided. The shelf life shall be at least 6 months. The storage temperature is controlled at about 15% c, and the product is stable for a long time. Prevent frost, store in a cool and dark place, and mix well before use.
