  • Main processing: Pay-off--->Pickling bath --->water washing bath--->electro galvanizing bath--->water washing bath--->hot water bath--->drying--->take-up

  • Cold/electro galvanziing 

  • Zinc solution is recycled with overflow, anode is titanium polar plate, cathode is the press rollers between working baths

• Eqipped with solution recycling and filtering device, in time filtering to make sure solution clean

• Equipped with PH aotomatic detecting device and automatic adding acid calulation device, to make sure keep a relatively constant PH value 

• Equipped with solution heat exchanger, to make sure solution keep a relatively constant temperature
