Filler Machine
Description
The filling machine model CFM-2000 is fully automatic capsule filling and closing machine, suitable for dosing powder/granules in hard gelatin capsules.
It adopts intermittent motion and multi-position tamped dosing method to complete capsule orientation, separation, filling, closing and ejection etc. With different size parts the machine is suitable for size 00 to size 5 of empty capsules.
The production speed can be controlled by means of a frequency converter.
The machine is designed in accordance with GMP standard. All parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel. Advantage of the machine is advanced designing, novel structure, precise dosing, safe and reliable, high filling rate etc.

Structure principle
- The four doors of the machine have switches or sensors attached. When one door is open or not closed in, machine cannot be started or machine will be stopped while operation status.
- When the overload of main motor, vacuum pump, feeder motor or the frequency converter fault machine will shut down and start alarm.
- While the auto-feeding status the "present output" and "present time" has reached the "pre-setting output" and "pre-setting time", the machine will shut down and start alarm. When the powder is less than minimum level, the machine will shut down and start alarm.
- During operation status, the main motor cannot be started if the vacuum pump is not started first.
