Product Specifications and Requirements
1. The inner width of the mold door width is 1300mm, and the guaranteed width of the finished product door width is 1250mm.
2. The thickness of the acceptance sheet is 0.3mm±0.02mm, the adjustable range of PP belt thickness is 0.26-0.4mm, and the adjustable range of glass fiber content is 50%-65%.
3. The production speed is 8-12m/min, and the maximum design speed is 12m/min.
4. Appearance requirements for acceptance sheet:
The surface of the strip is flat and smooth, the glass fiber is evenly distributed, no glass fiber is exposed, and the thickness is uniform;
The glass fiber is entirely covered by resin impregnation without dry yarn.

Equipment Terms of Service
1. Equipment Warranty: Calculated from the day the equipment is delivered to the customer's factory for installation, the warranty period is one year.
2. Equipment installation: If the on-site installation is required, the buyer is responsible for all round-trip expenses for commissioning personnel and all expenses incurred during the installation process; the buyer must fully cooperate, including relevant water, electricity, gas requirements, and related tools.
3. After the warranty period, the supplier will provide preferential spare parts supply.
4. During the warranty period, the supplier is responsible for free replacement of the normal damage of non-wearing parts (non-human or improper operation).
5. The supplier provides long-term technical consulting services.
