Applications
CFS-A40 can be used in the processing of EPM/EPDM compounds, to lower the viscosity and improve surface characteristics of extrusion products.
CFS-A40 can be used in highly loaded compounds containing mineral fillers such as aluminum or magnesium hydroxide. It can improve the dispersion of fillers and enhance the flameretardant properties of the modified compound.
CFS-A40 can be used in cables, shoes and other rubber products to replace stearic acid, paraffin, EBS, PE wax and other processing flow aids. With better filler dispersion, processing fluidity and release performance it can significantly improve the mechanical properties of compounds.
Storage
CFS-A40 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.
CFS-A40 should be stored in its original containers and used up asap after opening.
When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-A40 has a shelf life of 12months.
