Chain conveyor is composed of frame assembly, drive assembly, support, chain and guard rail assembly etc. Motor on drive frame drives chain on both sides by drive shaft assembly. Chain is running along the tracking on frame. There is chain tension unit on drive frame. Steel or aluminum is available for frame material.

Structure

Tension
The chain is tension on both sides of drive frame. The tension on the take up pulley is adjusted by the tension bolt to
change position of take-up pulley. Chain on both sides are tension separately.
Guard rail
Select formed steel for standard guard rail. In special cases, it can be special guard rail according to working condition
requirements.

Standard chain conveyor uses C10B-2 double row straight chain
