1.This new tyes FYGZ-Y1 is design speical for small dose liquid products filling,and it filling accuracy could reach +/-1%.It is an automatic liquid filling machine especially for small bottles filling,like oil,perfume,water etc. It could detect the bottles automatically,it work when bottles are detected.
2.Filling head size:2 nozzles ( it will do customzied depends on your request,and the filling nozzles will depends on your filling speed.)
3. Magnetic pump follow capacity: 3L per min per nozzles.
If your bottle is 500ml above and need fast speed,we also have other speed pump available.
4. Fillling range: 5-5000ml max. This machine design for small dose filling,so the filling volume max. is 500ml or cannot work well.
For the capping machine,it is suitable for different types bottles caps sealing,like round screw,spray,sharp caps,trigger or other shape caps.
