Application:
Calcium chloride is mainly used to produce a surface active solution, which can be sprayed on the tunnel and in the mine to control the amount of dust and reduce the risk of mine operation. The calcium chloride solution can also be sprayed on the open coal seam to prevent the coal seam from freezing.
Product usage:
1. Desiccant: used for drying nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, hydrogen chloride, and other gases, or used to absorb moisture in the air, improve air dryness and prevent products from being affected by moisture, such as the drying medium of gas and liquid in the process.
2. Dehydrating agent: used in oil drilling, drilling fluid, completion fluid, petrochemical industry, etc. It can also be used as dehydrating agent in the production of alcohol, ester, ether and resin.
3. Deicing agent: deicing agent for roads, parking lots and airports in winter.
4. Refrigerant: used for refrigeration, cooling solution and dry medium of gas and liquid in process, mostly used in air conditioning system.
5. Coagulant: it is used to accelerate the hardening of concrete and increase the cold resistance of building mortar. It is a coagulant for excellent buildings.
6. Dust remover: used to prevent and remove dust, coal dust, mineral dust, antifogging agent for port, dust remover for road surface, fabric fireproof agent.
7. Chlorination agent: used in ferrous metallurgy industry, such as calcium, magnesium, chlorination agent and additive.
8. Preservative: used to prevent wheat, apple, cabbage and other spoilage and food preservatives.
9. Additives: used in paper industry, as additives (increase paper strength) and deinking agent of waste paper.
10. Coagulant: used for latex coagulant in rubber industry.
