Q1: Are you trading Company or Factory?
We are factory. We have been engaged in the production of concrete machine for more than 30 years.

Q2: What's the lead time for regular order?
Generally it is around 7 days if the goods in stock. If there is no goods in stock, it will be about 20 days, subject to the quantity you ordered.

Q3: What is your payment method?
30% of total price should be paid by T/T as down payment; 70% balance payment should be paid by T/T before delivery. We also support L/C, Western Union.

Q4: What is the capacity of your concrete mixer pump?
We have 15m3/h,30m3/h and 40m3/h, diesel or electric two types.

Q5: How long and high you want to pump?
We can provide 2 floors to 12 floors. Please let us know the vertical and horizontal delivery distance should reach. Or please let me know the tall building's total height.

Q6: Do you provide after-sale service?
Yes. The warranty period of our machines is one year, and we have a professional after-sale service team to promptly and thoroughly solve your problems.

Q7: Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before shipping.
