RJ Mould is professional in making all kinds of PET preform moulds, we are very capable to provide Preform Design, Mold Design and Mold Manufacturing for our customer. Our factory manufactures dozens sets of preform injection mold annually, and all molds are exported to our international customers.
Two Available Preform Mould Types
Type One: It is the first-class perform mold, due to it is adopted with valve gate, and shut-off independently for each cavity, so the finished perform is without any tail at the bottom.
Type Two: It is without valve gate, but shut-off is still independently for each cavity, the finished perform is with some short tail at the bottom. And the mold price is relatively cheaper.
Preform Mould Cavity Number
RJ Mould is capable of manufacturing the perform molds with one cavity up to ninety-six cavities. We will suggest suitable cavity number according to 1customers' injection molding machines.
Mould material
Mold core&cavirty parts adopt S136 stainless steel, with high glossy surface finish and hardness up to HRC48-52.
Mold base is chrome plated P20, and the chrome process helps avoid corrosion.
After Sale Service
Technologists professional in after-sales line and excellent credit assures stable operation of the mould. We guarantee 1 million shots working life of our Preform Mold. If there is any non-human damages occurs during 1 million shots, free spare parts will be sent immediately by express for replacement.

A. Please provide us with product 2D or 3D drawing.
If you don't have drawings on hand, samples are also available for checking cost.
4Q: Can I have my own design?
A: Yes, we are very capable to do customized design and make for you. Please share with your ideas, we will discuss your needs, purpose and objective thoroughly and work together with you for the whole project.
5Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: The lead time of T0 sample depends on the mould structure, and generally it takes 20-70 days from receipt/approval of final drawings, deposit and mold design approval.
Mass production delivery time depends on the order quantity.
6Q: What's your payment condition?
A: For Mould: T/T, 40% Deposit with P.O., balance before shipment. Or 100% irrevocable LC at sight.
Part molding: 50% after PO confirmed, 50% after production finished.
7Q: What Hot Runner Brand will you use?
A: As per customers' demands, we can offer YUDO or Chinese local brand hot runner system.
8Q: What's your injection mould life?
A: 0.5 to 3 million shots guarantee, depends on your needs.
