2. How can I get a sample?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. The sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.
3. What format of the file do you need?
We have our own designer. So you can provide AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for the mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
It will take 5-7days to prepare a sample.
5. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
