It is suitable for packaging all kinds of cream,paste and liquid material for cheese lolly, medicine and drug, food and snack, etc.
It is suitable for producing a single variety production of large quantities.
The whole processing line includes equipment as:
1 cheese storage tank
2. cheese cooking tank
3. cheese cutting machine
4. cheese blender
5. CIP cleaning systems
6. Filling sealing Packing Unit
There are other assistant equipments used such as steam boilers, air compressor, cold water unit, etc Installation materials for the material pipeline, non-material pipeline as well as electrical installation are provided.
We supply the whole line incuding the design of factory layout, production and installation.
The material of all the machines in the whole line is stainless steel.
The operational capacity per hour is flexible.
