EVOSIL®Bio-Based Silica
The product is made from renewable resources such as rice husk and straw using the carbon dioxide acidification process to produce the AK series of Alkaline bio-based silica (also known as bio-based white carbon black / rice husk silica / rice husk white carbon black). It is a white, non-toxic, amorphous micro pearl substance. The product is an important inorganic silicon compound with excellent properties such as porosity, easy dispersion, light weight, good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, non-combustion, and good electrical insulation.

Application:
(1) The product is alkaline bio-based silica with a pH of 8.5-10.5. It can promote rubber vulcanization and shorten the vulcanization time, and even does not require modification with modifiers such as PEG.
(2) Since this alkaline bio-based silica contains hydroxyl groups on the surface of the product, adding this product can improve the mechanical strength of the product, reduce compression permanent deformation, and have high resilience. It can be used in large quantities in light-colored rubber products, especially fluororubber products.
(3) The alkaline bio-based silica is suitable for high-strength and light-colored NBR oil seal O-rings, hoses, low-hardness printing rubber rollers, and high-strength, low-compression deformation, and excellent processability HNBR\ACM\AEM and other rubbers.

This technology utilizes renewable resources such as rice husks and straw as raw materials, and uses carbon dioxide instead of sulfuric acid as a precipitation reagent to prepare bio-based silica with a specific surface area of 50 to 500m2/g. For every ton of bio-based silica used by customers, they can achieve a carbon reduction of 0.5 tons, thereby achieving the carbon reduction target.
The company has established the world's first 10,000 tons/year carbon dioxide acidification method for preparing bio-based silica demonstration production line, and plans to invest in 90,000 tons/year carbon dioxide acidification method for preparing bio-based silica production line.
