The product is made from renewable resources such as rice husk and straw using the carbon dioxide acidification process to produce EV series low heat bio-based silica (also known as bio-based white carbon black / rice husk silica / rice husk white carbon black).It is a white, non-toxic, amorphous micro-bead. This product is an important inorganic silicon compound with excellent properties such as low heat generation, porosity, high dispersibility, light weight, good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, non-combustion, and good electrical insulation.

Application:
The production process of this bio-based silica is carried out by precisely adjusting the aggregate particle size and the basic particle size to produce EV1080, which combines low heat generation and high reinforcement properties. It is a new generation of low heat generation bio-based silica. EV1080 products have the characteristics of low specific surface area, uniform product particle size, and low surface hydroxyl content. It is suitable for use in low heat generation formula rubber compounds and can be used in products such as engineering tires and high-end car tires. After this product is filled with rubber, it can be used in all-steel and semi-steel radial tires, and the filling quantity can be 60-100 parts.

With the technical support of Beijing University of Chemical Technology and the strong scientific research team of Academician Zhang Liqun, the company has made breakthrough progress in the preparation of new bio-based silica materials technology after more than 10 years of joint research and development, and independently developed a complete set of process technology and related equipment for the preparation of bio-based silica by carbon dioxide acidification. This technology utilizes renewable resources such as rice husks and straw as raw materials, and uses carbon dioxide instead of sulfuric acid as a precipitation reagent to prepare bio-based silica with a specific surface area of 50 to 500m2/g. For every ton of bio-based silica used by customers, they can achieve a carbon reduction of 0.5 tons, thereby achieving the carbon reduction target.
The company has established the world's first 10,000 tons/year carbon dioxide acidification method for preparing bio-based silica demonstration production line, and plans to invest in 90,000 tons/year carbon dioxide acidification method for preparing bio-based silica production line.
