The plunger metering pump is a reciprocating positive displacement pump with adjustable flow rate and plunger drive at the flow end. The motor drives the worm gear pair, and drives the adjustable eccentric mechanism to make the connecting rod drive the plunger to reciprocate. The hydraulic end of the pump forms a volume cavity with the help of the reciprocating motion of the plunger, and the suction and discharge of the medium are achieved by alternating opening and closing of the inlet and outlet check valves. The maximum flow rate of a single head is ≤14300LH, and the maximum pressure is ≤50MPa.
General features
The hydraulic end plunger drive has a wide range of flow/pressure applications, high metering accuracy, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and high cost performance.
The plunger diameter is generally 06-200mm.
High-precision inlet and outlet one-way valve group, excellent sealing performance, high bearing pressure, high metering accuracy.
As a pair of shaft seal wearing parts, the plunger and packing have leakage risk, and the packing preload needs to be adjusted periodically.
In addition to conventional media, it can be customized for high and low temperature, high viscosity, solid content, special media and other working conditions.
There is no safety relief device. It is recommended to install a safety valve on the outlet pipeline of the pump.
It can be connected in parallel with two or more heads to increase the flow rate and reduce the pulse. It can also transport multiple media at the same time and be used as a proportional pump.
Application
The plunger metering pump has a certain risk of leakage. Except for the media with safety risks, it is suitable for the metering and delivery of various media with high pressure, high and low temperature, viscosity, solid content, etc., and has certain cost advantages and maintenance convenience. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum and natural gas, electricity, medicine, metallurgy, papermaking and other industries.
