2. The slope of the pipeline should be adjusted according to the requirements of the drawings. The adjustment method can use the support to meet the slope requirements.
3. The pipe connected with the transmission equipment should be cleaned before installation. The welded fixed pipe mouth should generally be far away from the equipment to avoid the influence of welding stress on the installation accuracy of the transmission equipment.
4. Before connecting the pipe with the machine, the relative strength should be prevented, and the parallelism and coaxiality of the flange should be checked in the free state.
5, the safety valve should be installed vertically, in the trial operation, to adjust the safety valve in time. The final adjustment of the safety valve is carried out on the system, and the opening and returning pressure should comply with the provisions of the design document.
6. Before valve installation, check its model according to the design document, and determine its installation direction according to the medium flow direction. When the valve is connected to the pipe by flange or thread, the valve shall be installed in the closed position; If installed by welding, the valve shall not be closed.
7. Temporary replacement of instrument components: All instrument components shall be replaced by temporary components during installation, which shall be formally installed before feeding after pressure test, washing and purging.
