This cube press forming machine is suitable for bouillon soup cube making on continous rotary discharging mode. Mixed powder will be formed by this machine to cubes.
It is compatible with different sizes of cubes with various raw ingredients. Such as bouillon cubes for 4g, 5g, 8g, 10g, 12g, etc. Compression rate is determined by the natures of the material, and we will make the punches and dies accordingly.
Followed is the packing machines, we have triple-side fold bouillon cube wrapping machine and back-fold envelop type fold boillon cube wrapping machine for clients' choices.
The cube pressing machine is used to convert kinds of powder(sometimes the powder needs to be granunated by a granunator) into customized shapes of compressed cubes or tables. It has two sets of feeding devices and compressing wheels, and dual frequency regulation, so that both the depth and thickness of the cubes are adjustable.
There're both buffere device to auto stop the machine on overloading and anti-break protection device to avoid damages to the machine, complying with GMP standard.
