Product Overview:
The machine is designed for precise feather removal in poultry processing. It ensures the poultry skin
remains intact and achieves a high feather removal rate. The series offers flexibility with multiple
configurations to meet various production demands, available in Standard (6-box x 10-plate) and Extended
(6-box x 16-plate) models.
Structural Features:
The machine uses mechanical transmission, relying on the relative motion between the poultry and
rubber rods to remove feathers. It features an A-frame support and easily openable feather removal boxes
for convenient maintenance. The box adjustment mechanism consists of height, width, and angle adjustments
to achieve optimal feather removal conditions.
