FRTB-ZHJ1 CRC Cap Assembly & Lining 2 in 1 Machine
Applicable Scope:
Structural of Equipment:
Automatic cap arranging unit: it can arrange the disorder caps to be orderly and make all caps with cap mouth upwards.
Cap conveying unit: accurately and ouderly conveying the arranged caps to the turnplate
Cap combining uint: complete 2 cap parts assembly, leave no harm to either inner cap or outer cap
Cap lining unit: it inserts liner to the cap to complete lining procedure
Production process:
1. both outer and inner cap are arranged in a row to enter the conveying unit
2. caps enter the combining unit of the machine for combination;
3. insert the Liner(wad) into the combined caps.
4. finished products are discharged from the discharging outlet, thus completing the whole process of cap combination and liner insert.
