Our product range covers aluminium light gauge foil, heavy gauge foil, sheets, strips and finished products like household and catering foil, color printed and heat-seal lacquer coated foil. Our company has 20 continuous casting lines, 28 sets of cold rolling mills and more than 30 sets of aluminium foil mills, horizontal and radial shearers, slitting and rewinding equipment, with a floor area of 1.2 million square meters.
Our aluminium foil milling lines are equipped with flatness control system from Siemens (AFC) and gauge control system from Honeywell (AGC). We have 18 separators, 7 grinders and 58 annealing furnaces for various applications. Our foil thickness ranges from 0.006-0.2mm, width from 200mm-1650mm and reel diameter up to 700mm.

When can I get the price?

How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample shipping cost, which can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more than the MOQ.
Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 20-30 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
