This capsule filling machine is used for filling the powder or pellet into the capsule.we can offer you the different capacity capsule filling machine from NJP-200 to NJP-7500 the machine capacity is from 200-7500 pcs per min.Our machine mainly export to the USA.
What is capsule filling machine Work Principal?
Capsule Part: Loading the empty capsule into capsule hopper, the empty capsule then get into capsule sowing plate, automatic make U turn, divide the top and body of capsule
when pass by vacuum, automatic filling while come into dosage tray, it has automatic reject function if the capsule is flat or its top and body can not be divided. After that, automatic locking and output the final products.
Powder or pellets part: Loading the medicine into medicine hopper, then the medicine automatic come down, (the machine stop automatically while no medicine), dosage tray going filling for five times, make the medicine save into medicine pole. Finally, medicine is filled into empty capsule.
Capsule filling machine features:
1) nice appearance, exquisite workmanship, ease operation.
2) Ineligible capsule can be eliminated automatically(qualified rate not included), the medicine in the capsule can be recycled and be reused, increase greatly economic benefit.
3) Easy dismantling , installation and clean, different mould can be replaced manually on the same machine
4) Dust collector and vacuum pipe as well as waste air pipe are installed in the inner of the machine , avoid the air pipe becoming hard, broken and leakage , it is more convenient to clean the operating platform.The medicine will not contact with organic material meet the GMP the requirement
5) The cap of stowage rod is made of stainless steel to replace original plastic cap to void breaking phenomenon; decrease the screws and caps on the platform
6)Adopt the PLC,touch screen,the touch screen can set the password.Auto set up the parameter etc function
7)Can auto alarm auto stop when the machine encounter breakdown or lack material,the wearing parts are all use the imported product.
