What is BOPP thermal lamination film?
BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is mainly made with BOPP  film + EVA glue coating.
we use extrusion coating process to combine this two layers.
This product has two classifications: glossy/shine/transparent and matte/opaque, both of which sees thickness from 14 micron to 30micron.
its width could be from 200mm to 1880mm and length from 100m (1 inch core, 25mm) to 4500m (3 inch core, 76mm)
in the final film one side has properties of BOPP film and the other side becomes heat sensitive surface used for dry lamination or hot laminator .

Usage:
1) Cover on the paper, for example: Books, Magazines,catalogue ,name card,label,paper bags,Calendars and Maps,etc.
2) Any types of boxes, for instance: Gift boxes.
3) Medicine,Advertisements,Cosmetics,Digital printing and showing board or boxes .
Equipment for laminating film: 1.Dry Laminating machine /2.Thermal laminator (Hot Laminator )
1.Temperature: Normal :85~100oc                 2.Special:100~110 degree
3.Roller pressure :10~18 Mpa                         4.Speed :8~50 m/min
Remarks :Special laminations refer to those with thicker ink, solid color, high moisture content and bigger size paper.

Once the temperature of the hot roller meets the setting temperature, Laminating can be done at any time, with no need of professional skill. It is provided with strong powder absorption and can blister and film release after being concaved or protruded. Matte lamination film is also suitable for partially UV glazing after film laminating, thermo printing, screen printing and frosted processes.
