Q1: Where is your company? How far from the airport?
We are located in Shandong, China, which is ONE hour's drive from our factory to the airport, we can provide pick-up service once you confirm your flight information with us.
Q2: What's your warranty?
CHANGYUAN will guarantee the products TWO years from the date of shipment (or leaving from Seller's factory depends on the terms).
We also warrant the products can be used for more than 50 years.
Q3: What's your minimum order quantity?
ONE box or ONE bag.
200~5000 meters/size, depending on different sizes.
Q4: How about the delivery time?
We always have the stock of common products, so they can be sent out within 7 days.
While the big order takes about 15-35 days to finish the production.
