1.Warranty on brakes is very important, so how is your warranty?
For taxi/cab, warranty will cover first 30,000km under the common road condition. Foronsumer vehicle, we cover up to 50,000km under the common road condition.We had developed a new formula of brake pad to last 70,000-80,000km for our clients from Bolivia.
2.How many models do you have?
Our production line covers more than 2000 models of brake pads for most car model worldwide, with more than 300 models being added each year. We can also customize he product if customer can supply the OEM number or drawing.
3.How do you set the price for your product?
We price based on quantity, material, package of the actual orders. Contact us to tell us what you need, we'd be happy to offer you our competitive pricing.
4.What is your terms and conditions for packing?
Without special request, the products will be packaged and shipped in plain white boxes and brown cartons. If you have any legal registered patent, we can pack and ship in your branded boxes after received your authorization letter.
5. How can I receive sample?
We would be gladly to offer you free samples for your inspection before purchasing. The first two sets are free of charge with you first paying for postage, the cost of postage will be refunded if you placed the order with us.
