Liaoda High Efficiency Glass Tempering Machine
Application:
This type of machine is to process flat glass (heat enforced safety glass), the finished products are mainly used for furniture, home use application and building.

Total length of the machine: 16.8m, main body: 3.5M, cooling fan: 30-40m2
Machine speficication:
The output based on is for 5mm thickness, 85% of efficiency. For refer only.
The installation power will change based on Min. glass thickness.

Machine charactor
1. High density roller shaft made by extra thick steel and endured special treatment, no deformation, abrasion and aging resistance. Color optional, transmission drived by electric motor and swing reducer, matching with high quality chain and bearing.
2. Furnace: High efficient heat insulating structure: Usage of high density and high force heat insulating material, unique installation technique lowers power consumption and insolating from other components. Each heating zone has item own thermocouple, heating force and temperature change as per glass size.
3. Quenching section: With special iron roller, no deformation. The shape and structure are critical to the tempering quality.
4. Control system: With high performance Beckhoff controller system and all electric elements had been used for many years.
Warranty: One year
Machine commissioning and training
The machine needs 2-3 commissioning technicians to install and commissioning at buyer's factory.
