Product Description
For spheroidized annealing, annealing, tempering, carburizing, quenching and normalizing the etc heat treatments on fasteners, bearings, cold/hot forged parts, cast parts,Aluminum and its alloys etc metal parts.
Can be customized according to the requirements of the buyer.
Load capacity. Minimum 2 tons/ batch to maximum 40 tons/ batch
Effective loading space. Diameter 1,200 ~ 4,000mm; Height 1,800 ~ 4,000mm. Can customize-make for special size.
Heating source. Electricity or gas(LPG or LNG).
Protection atmosphere. The Nitrogen, cracked gases of methanol or ammonia.
Electrical control system. PC touch screen installed with professional heat treatment software, fully in-process control.
Atmosphere system. Oxygen probe, infrared gas analyzer or furnace doctor system.
