For spheroidized annealing, annealing, quenching, tempering, normalizing and solid solution etc heat treatments of steel/stainless steel, copper and its alloy, aluminum etc industries.
Can be customized according to the requirements of the buyer.

Effective loading space. Width 1,200-1,800mm; Height 1,000 ~ 2,400 mm; Length 1,500 ~ 16,000mm. Can customize-make for special size.
Heating source. Electricity or gas (LNG or LPG).
Protection atmosphere. Nitrogen, cracked gases of methanol.
Electrical control system. PC touch screen installed with professional heat treatment software.

A. Standard configuration. Box-type furnace + electrical control system.
B. High configuration. Box-type furnace + electrical control system + methanolcracker.
