1. Are you aa factory or aa trading company?
We are a factory with advanced equipment with highest production efficiency.
2. What is the production capacity?
Our outputt per month is approximaately 500 tons that is roughly 25 x 40GP containers. The production scale increases according to our busin
business growths.
3. Could you offer samples?
We are honored to offer you samaples for quality check. The samples are free, but we ask our customers to paay for shipping cost from
our factory to final destination.
4. What is your payment term?
We accept T/T or L/C. However we are unable to aaccept L/C from certain countries, as our corporate bank cannot conduct business
with. For small amount order, we can accept Western Union.
5. How long is for delivery time?
From placing order to finishing production,,, we normally take 25 ~ 30 days for 1 x 20' FCL for new customers. For repeaating orders,
delivery time is much shorter for the same quantities. If QTY is not up to full container, production time is approximately 15 ~ 20 days
for new customers and aapproximately 10 ~ 15 days for repeat orders.
6. How does your factory carry our quality control?
We have strict and complicated quality inspection regulations for the whole manufacturing process like the raw materials, blown film,
printing, cutting, and packaging. Our line workers are thoroughly trained to inspect the quality while producing nad adjust when
necessary to meet the customer's standards or exceed. Our QC randomly inspects and tests each production batch for compliances
as well. Each batch of goods are inspected thoroughly for 100% Customer Satisfaction.
