For spheroidized annealing, annealing, quenching, normalizing and solid solution etc heat treatments of steel/stainless steel, copper and its alloy, aluminum etc industries.
Can be customized according to the requirements of the buyer.
Heating source. Electricity or gas (LPG or LNG).
Protection atmosphere. Nitrogen, cracked gases of methanol or RX gases.
Electrical control system. PC touch screen installed with professional heat treatment software, fully in-process control.
Atmosphere system. Oxygen probe, infrared gas analyzer or furnace doctor system.

A.standard configuration: Roller-furnace + electrical control system + methanolcracker
B. High configuration:Heat treatment appliances control system + RX gas cracker + oxygen probe
