Application and features
This machine is suitable for blending dry-powder material of pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. It is used in blending evenly and quickly between different proportion and fineness of materials.
This tumbler blender could be used for magnetic materials, non-ferrous and rare metal powder, tungsten carbide, tungsten alloy, and scientific research units for blending the high density and high uniformity powder materials.
With its unique three-dimensional swing, parallel moving and rolling methods, the mixer can generate a strong pulse movement to push forward
and to mix target materials continuously.
The excellent blending effects are the result of its changeable vortex movement that possesses the energy grads inside.
It also has the merits of smooth running, low noise, high loading quantity and short blending time as well.
The machine is composed of base, frequency change motor, main axis, rotor and cylinder, etc.
The cylinder container will carry on parallel moving and rolling under the driving of main axis, thus to push the material moving in the direction of circle, radical and axially, achieving uniform blending of different varieties of materials.
