Application:
Bitumen Sprayer / Asphalt Distributor mainly Used for asphalt tack coat spraying operation during highway construction. Both hot asphalt and Emulsion Bitumen can be applied.
Features:
-Hydraulic pump, Bitumen pump, Bitumen pump drive motor, burner, temperature controller, control system, etc. are imported or domestic famous brand components.
-The whole proceess of spraying is controlled by computer.
-Spraying volume can be fixed on a certain rate despite the speed of the truck varies, as it can be automatically adjusted when the truck speed changes.
- Every nozzle is controlled seperately and the spraying width can be adjusted freely.
-Two controlling systems (one in the cab and the other on the rear).
- Conduction oil heating.
-Two spraying methods: Rear bar nozzle automatic spraying and hand spraying gun
-Cleaning with diesel and high pressure air.
