Cotton film, also known as cotton packaging film, is a special material used for cotton packaging and protection. It is designed to protect cotton during transportation, storage and handling, ensuring its quality and preventing contamination or damage. Facilitates bundling and stabilizing bales in pallets or shipping containers, enhancing their transport capacity and minimizing the risk of diversion or damage.
The inner layers are a non-tacky film with particular properties which prevent cotton from sticking to the wrap. The outer layers are a specially formulated film that is tacky on one side only. The combination of these two types of the film ensures that the round module will hold its uniformity for transport and processing.
