Activated carbon fiber felt:
The raw material is viscose fiber, obtained by the pre-oxygen, high-temperature carbonization process. It is an excellent high-temperature insulation material, which not only has the other types of general characteristics of the carbon felt, but also has the low-density, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. It can adsorb organic gases (NOX, SO2, H2S, NH3, CO, CO2) etc. the adsorption is larger than granular and powdered activated carbon.
Introduction: Fiber activated carbon media is made of high-quality activated carbon powder as absoption material. It is adopted of macromolecule adhesive material enclosed at fiber base with excellent absorption performance, good sharp, high strength, low air flow. Widely used in various domestic and car air-conditioner, air purifier, water purification, and gas absoption ect. Fiber activated carbon media can also be single-used for filtering effect with the super-fine synthetic fiber.
Application:
Solvent recovery---recover benzene, ketones, esters, alcohols, petroleum and other organic substances. Air purification---adsorb and filter the malodor, body odor, smoke, poisonous gas, SO2, etc. in the air. Water purification---removal of heavy metal ions, musty smell, decolorization, COD reduction, etc., precious metal extraction or recovery, adsorption of radioactive substances, catalyst carriers. Medicine and health --- bandages, acute antidote, anti-virus masks, etc.
