| SINDER - Double II Pneumatic Vaccinator XD-Z05 |
| This equipment is used to vaccinate the vaccines, antibiotics and vitamins, etc for chicks. It has two injection modes: single-injector injection and double-injector injection. The double-injector mode can allow two different fluids to be injected into a chick at the same time. All the pneumatic components of the device were imported with excellent performance. The body was made of 316L stainless steel, which made it smooth and rustproof. And, because it used the air compression as the power, the device was safe and energy-saving. The injection dose can be adjusted between 0.1ml and 1.0ml. And the device had the functions of continuous automatic injection, automatic counting and automatic control of the inoculation quantity, which made it very convenient to use. It could make the inoculation for 3,000-4,000 doses per hour if operated by a skilled worker. |
1.Preparation
Please prepare one Air Compressor and set up the 8 kPa before use.
Connect with the injection machine via an 8 nm or 10 nm plastic hose.
2.Materials
Air Compressor, Double II Pneumatic Vaccinator, ToolBox, Infusion Set, Needle (0.8*25mm), Normal Saline, Latex
Gloves, Dustbin and 75% Ethanol.
3.Single injection and Double injection
The Main Injector is equipped with two connectors, one is a Double Injection connector with Secondary Injector, and
another is an independent connector for Single Injection. When we only need to inject one vaccine, we need to
replace the Double Injection connector of the Main Injector to the Single Injection connector and remove the
Secondary Injector from the vaccinator at the same time.
4.Vaccination operation
4.1 The operator should stand on the same side as the Countdown counter of the Vaccinator. The chick box shall
be placed in front of the operator, and the load box shall be placed beside the Injector. (The chick box can be
placed in a higher position on a bevel stage for convenient use.)
4.2 Catch the neck of the chick from the chick box and pass to the right hand. Hold the jaw, neck, and abdomen of the chick
with Four fingers of the right hand, and put Thumb on its back to pick the chick.
