Insulation set TYPE D TYPE E TYPE F /
The insulation set is composed of an insulating gasket, a bushing for each bolt, an insulating gasket for each nut, and a steel gasket. The insulation group is used in two pipeline flanges of different materials to prevent corrosion and fully conductive insulation protection. It is suitable for offshore insulation, seawater environment, hydrocarbons, chemical insulation, oil refineries and pipelines.
Purpose: In order to prevent the loss of protection current and interference to unprotected metal pipelines and equipment, install flange insulation gasket sets at the inlet and outlet of pumping stations and oil depots to prevent cathodic protection current from entering the main line. Flange insulation gasket set can also be used in the section with underground stray current and the connection of different pipelines (different materials, new and old pipelines, etc.) as an anti-corrosion measure
Type: D type, E type, RTJ type F type
