Face frames | 3/4" thick solid wood face frames with 1-1/2" wide stiles and rails unless otherwise specified. Frames feature blind mortise and tenon joints. |
Tops, bottom and sides | 1/2" thick 7-ply plywood sides/tops/bottoms with birch wood veneer, interiors are prefinished in clear UV coat and exteriors are finished in matching UV coat. Matching interior option is available. |
Cabinets backs | 1/4" thick plywood with 3" x 1/2" frame, interiors are prefinished in UV coat. 1/2" thick back is available in advantage cabinets. |
Shelves | 5/8" thick plywood, 1/2 depth, prefinished in UV coat. Full depth is available in advantage cabinets. |
Drawer box | 5/8" thick solid Russian birch, dovetail joints, 1/4" thick plywood bottom. |
Toe kick | 1/2" thick plywood, cover cabinets side. |
Hinge | 1. DTC 6 ways conceal hinges. 2. DTC soft closed 6 ways conceal hinges. |
Glide | 1. 3/4 extension white under mount glides, no soft closed 2. DTC full extension under mount soft closed glides. |
